Enrollment: Spots in quota-limited programs (such as Private Coaching, Road to 3.5 Clinics, or IPTPA Certification Workshops) are reserved only upon full payment.

Rescheduling & Refunds: Cancellations, transfers, or make-up sessions are governed by our specific course policy provided at the time of registration.

While KF Academy adheres to strict safety and professional coaching protocols, we are not liable for personal injuries, health complications, or loss of personal property occurring on or off the court, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
